Hồ Ngọc Hà (born 25 November 1984) is a Vietnamese model turned entertainer. She became famous when she won first prize at the Supermodel Contest of Vietnam in 2003 and 2004. Since then, she has been working as an actress and singer.
Ho Ngoc Ha was born in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province to a banking family. Her paternal grandfather was French. She studied piano at the Military College of Arts. She is now living in Ho Chi Minh City.
On April 20, 2010, Ho Ngoc Ha confirmed in an interview that she was pregnant. The father, Nguyễn Đức Cường (more commonly known as “Cường Đôla” or “Cuong Dollar”), is said to be one of the richest men in Vietnam, though she prefers to keep their relationship private.
“I never wanted to talk to the press about Cường. If wasn’t seeing Cường, there woulld never have been this kind of attention. But this is normal curiosity, and nobody knows the truth better than me. I’ve got a stable career and at the age of 26, I have the right to enter a new chapter in my life,” said Ho Ngoc Ha. She has also stated that the two have no plans for marriage.
On June 21, 2010, Ho Ngoc Ha gave birth to a baby boy, named Nguyễn Quốc Hưng, via caesarean section.
